To all of our patients with dental insurance via either…
Delta Dental or Blue Cross & Blue Shield
We wish to inform you of some upcoming changes regarding our relationship with Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance companies. Rest assured, we intend to continue providing you with the excellent service and support you have come to expect from Fremont Dental.
As a valued patient of Fremont Dental, we are dedicated to providing you and your family with the same high standard of dental care that we expect for ourselves. This is not a sustainable situation. Therefore, beginning on October 1st, 2024 (for all BCBS dental insurance plans) and on January 1st, 2025 (for all Delta Dental insurance plans), we will be operating as an independent dental provider (sometimes referred to as a “non-participating provider”)
We anticipate that as a result of this change, numerous questions and concerns may arise. Therefore, we encourage you to read our…
